2009 Sweepstakes Winner Announced

Overland Park, KS. — In 2008 Bushnell launched one of the most successful promotions in the company’s history, the Bushnell Mobile Base Camp Promotion/Sweepstakes. The promotion included a ten city cross-country tour hosted by Michael Waddell, arguably the most popular figure in the outdoor industry today.

In 2009 Waddell and co-hosts Travis “T-Bone” Turner and Nick Mundt once again hit the road to meet fans and promote the “Bushnell Brotherhood of Bone Collectors Tour Sweepstakes”.

“We had a great time touring the country and meeting fans and promoting the Bushnell Brotherhood of Bone Collectors,” says Waddell. “This year there were thousands of Sweepstakes entries.”

The Grand Prize Package in this year’s sweepstakes included an all-expense paid hunt. The lucky winner will share a hunting camp with Michael Waddell; an experience they will never forget. The Grand Prize Package also includes about everything the winner will need for the hunt. Those items include the following:

This year’s lucky Grand Prize winner is Wade Borer of Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Wade is a 42 year old avid hunter and is a self described huge fan of Michael Waddell. “I was truly speechless for a few minutes when I received the call telling me I had won,” said Borer. “I have used Bushnell products for years and have always loved the quality. This is a dream come true for me.”

The Bushnell Brotherhood of Bone Collectors Tour Sweepstakes also awarded prizes to the first thru fifth place winners.
